Beer Goggles set out to be the leading Snow and MX eyewear brand with the best product, while remaining connected to core consumers. I shot the entire product line for the latest catalog and website. The big challenge of the shoot was maintaining consistent positioning while retaining the true lens color. The selected photos are from their latest goggle line.
A native of New Jersey, I moved to the Central Coast and quickly adopted the California lifestyle. Once my career as a pro snowboarder flamed out, I went back to school and received my BFA in Graphic Design from CSU Fullerton. I have been carrying a camera around my whole life, but began shooting professionally in 2004. I shoot photos to fit in their spaces. My photography has a journalistic quality given from my experience Art directing.
Over the years I have collected thousands of images. This is a small sample of some of the photos. Many were shot with toy cameras, real film, or the iphone. It doesn't take really expensive equipment to capture a great image. Just a unique eye and being in the right place right time.
My photography captures a variety of products ranging from luxury jewelry to berries in a bowl for the Agricultural Industry. The photography is used for catalogs, trade advertisements, and billboards. All of my studio equipment is portable, allowing me to shoot on-site or in the studio.
My photographs tell a story about the subject from shooting on location in Big Sur to in-studio shots that use strobes and props for my portraits. My design background allows me to create versatile photographs that are a perfect match for a multitude of end uses.
I have shot many extreme sports including skateboarding, snowboarding and surfing. My whole life I have participated in action sports which allows me to anticipate and capture the peak of action.
As an outdoor enthusiast, I love to travel and experience different cultures. My goal with landscape photography is to bring an intimate moment to the viewer and share a feeling of the location through my lens.
